VIOLIN BY VIKTOR KOOS (2001, Hungary). Master violin by the Hungarian violin maker, Viktor Koos, made in 2001 in Tinnye (near Budapest) before Koos began to work more as a maker of fine baroque instruments. This master violin has a dark oil-based brown varnish with a handsome back of two-pieces. Characterized by a distinctive and dark and rich tone, the violin has rosewood fittings. PRICE: €5.050.
VIOLIN BY JAN BURSIK. Master european violin, hand made in the Czech Republic in 2001. This violin is named ‘Arioso’ and comes with a certificate by the maker. Beautiful golden–brown oil varnish that allows the grains of the top and the downward tilting flames of the two-piece back to come through. Rosewood fittings with Thomastik Dominant strings.
