Riboni violin case Unoeotto, perfect for beautiful and lighter travels.

Oblong violin case. Waterproofed and rip resistant. Interchangeable external cover with music pocket and one big compartment. Four bow holders. String tube. Hygromether. Central leather handle. Fabric handle covered in leather on the short side and feet on the opposite side. Suspension system of the instrument. Cushion to block the instrument integrated in the lid. Fixed padded adjustable shoulder straps on the back and joining for shoulder straps. Inner lining made of soft anti-stratch fabric.

For this particular design, the producers had few essential priorities in mind: to maintain the innovation of the best seller double-bombed shell used in the Unoeotto, and to integrate it with detailed and well-finished interiors. Linearity and manageability on the outside match with stitching on sight and leather details bring Zerootto to a new standard of discreet elegance. This was done not for luxurious redundancy, but rather for reasons of harmony and aesthetics, making sure that the case is still be a thing of security, as well as one of beauty and comfort for its true protagonist - your instrument.

Like the Unoeotto violin case, three external settings possible:

1. external cover without sheet music pocket or attachments for backpack.

2. external cover with sheet music pocket and attachments for backpack.
3. external cover with sheet music pocket and permanently fixed backpack.

Designed by the soloists for the soloists, power, focus and projection are prominent with minimal dust and sound deterioration. The rosin offers a very powerful and clear attack on the string, with the string vibrating at it’s maximum capability from the very beginning of the bow movement. It improves sound endurance, overall projection, power, with a warm undertone.

This rosin is created for:

- concert repertoire - late classical period and beyond
- performances in large concert halls and large scale concerts
- performances in International Competitions and Auditions
- strong projection of clarity, warmth, and nuance of tone color
- reducing sound deterioration through rosin build up

How is CONCERTO different to Leatherwood's other rosins? Concerto rosin deserves no less than the most luxurious materials, craftsmanship and presentation. Having developed this recipe with a team of Japanese soloists, we have been inspired to weave artistic Japanese styles into the presentation of this rosin, including the burnt timber technique of Yakisugi, or Shou Sugi Ban.

The different rosin blends offer a precise way to enhance the sound of your instrument. By choosing Supple or Crisp recipes, or even a Bespoke blend, you can optimize brightness, clarity, warmth and sound richness and vary the strength of initial attack on the string.

We can create recipes to suit varying playing contexts or repertoire, such as when playing as a concerto soloist, in chamber music or in an orchestra.

Your bespoke rosin will generally last 2-5 years with intensive use.
