Sales on instruments, cases, strings & other accessories
All sales are final. Product exchanges, upgrades or returns are not possible, unless Blue Danube Violins specifically gives its consent to it under special circumstances and it can never exceed 20 days from the date the sale took place. Exchanges, returns and upgrades are possible if there is a structural defect of the item which was purchased. In certain cases, instruments and bows may be brought back to be sold under consignment.
Special orders
We are very happy to special order items for you. Depending on the item being requested, we may be able to have your item as early as the next business day (maximum waiting period for the items in stock is three work days from the day of placing the order). All items and products which are special ordered must be prepaid, no exceptions. No returns or refunds will be made for items that are special ordered, unless there is structural product defect.
